If you have a vitamix (or any super high powered blender) listen up!
Go get some cashews. I personally prefer the Trader Joe’s 160z bag of raw cashews.
Open the bag then dump all the cashews in the blender.
Blend on high until cashews become smooth. I have to stop the blender once or twice to stir it up since it is so thick.
When all the cashews are crushed and smoothed, use a spatula to get all the cashew butter out of blender and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
My favorite way to eat the cashew butter is to spread it over a piece of toasted ezekiel bread then sprinkle with cinnamon!
