There are so many ways for you to get in your Pilates work every week! There are tons of classes and private apparatus times to choose from. So, what’s the difference between group classes and private sessions?
Private apparatus sessions are one on one with the instructor and you. It is a great way to take your work to the next level. Being one on one allows the instructor to fine tune the form and the work and allows you to target the workout to exactly what you need for your body. It allows the instructor to focus only on you so you will get the most out of your 55 minutes in the studio.
Group apparatus sessions are limited to only four people at a time. The instructor must take into account everyone’s body and the different capabilities of the class. Group classes allow you to meet other people, get your Pilates in for a little less cash and create a community!
Both options are wonderful ways to incorporate Pilates into your life.
