Recently, tracking healthy habits have become quite popular with items such as the fitbit, phone apps, and GPS watches.
Of all these new tools, I’ve recently found one that I’m kind of excited about, so I thought I would share it with you all!
It’s called Plant Nanny, and basically it tracks your intake of water daily, and reminds you periodically to have a glass of water if you are behind.
As you record intake of a glass of water, the app also gives water to your plant, which grows as more glasses are recorded. For any of you that struggle to remember to drink water regularly throughout your day, and would enjoy knowing at the end of the day that you’ve stayed hydrated, I recommend trying out this app and seeing if it helps!
