• Lunch time Pilates

    If you’re like most people, you work 8-5 or longer and you’re seated most of the day. It can be hard on your body and your mind to be inactive all day long.

    A Pilates session in the middle of the day just may be the perfect solution. It is a great way to check out of work for a bit, to stretch your body, to work on strengthening muscles and take advantage of your lunch break!

    There are some great classes to take advantage of or you can always schedule a private lesson during your lunch hour! You already get an hour or so off from work, why not do something active with it instead of sitting down some more to eat! You can always eat at your desk after Pilates!

    Give it a try, I think you’ll like it. Plus, there are fans in the studio- so it’s not like you’ll be getting sweaty!
